So now there's only one day left of this ultra voting procedure, with neither Kenyans or Ethiopians present it looks like an Australian will once again be in the lead when the bell rings for the last day home stretch, though I gotta admit that Al-Qaeda turning to capitalism is a scary thought beyond comprehension, I hope they don't read that parody and get any ideas.

Places 2-6 were almost inseparable: I liked 'em all in different ways... Stu nearly got second just for his Hillary fantasy ;)  But, I hate to say this... Kristof's was way too sharp, too funny and just too darn good.

Seeing as how I caught most of these parodies last month, I figured I'd read the rest and vote.

It looks like Jack Wilson's once again missed the voting deadline; this is becoming a bit of a regular occurrence.It's even worse because Jack submitted his SOTM entry after the deadline as well, and Matty let him in out of the kindness of his heart. Not trying to run Jack down; but something needs to be said or done. What do others think?

I don't know, Kristof. There's any number of routes one could take, from a reminder (PM) sent to entrants who haven't voted by the last day to making DQ rules much harsher, but there's usually at least one DQ with any contest; I don't foresee that changing.

Kristof, I'm building a SOTM website that will contain all of these, you hold a lot of records, and I'm only half way through the research, you don't know your own strength ;)

Congrats Kristof on your TROUNCING of the rest of us - and congrats to Peter for finishing his final lap ahead of all but one - and thanks for my votes everyone :)

btw I have no problem with Jack missing the deadline.  I reckon all the SOTM penalties are perfectly matched to the indiscretions, like Red Ant said
