Would fantastic creatures qualify as fantasy?
If so, maybe I'll do "Loch of Ness" to Dire Straits' "Walk of Life."

And what song would that be a parody of?

I think it's "We Don't Have To Take Our Clothes Off." By Jermaine Stewart, methinks.

Well, it was originally meant to be a Prince parody, but it's an R.E.M. rip for some reason.

Pirates fit more into the category of "History", Fantasy is more witches, wizards, magic, pixies, and Harry Potter...

Here's some ideas for people who want to take on the impossible songs of the Late 80's...
1. "We Hobbits (Heart) The Shire" to Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start The Fire"
AND
2. "It's The End Of Our Quest To Dispose It" to REM's "It's The End Of The World As We Know It"

Well I'd do number 2, but being that I perform every song, It'd probably take four months to pull off:) Whew that'd be a dozy, the song I've picked is hard enough as it is.

Mine is half-done. It's a rip of "Stand" by R.E.M. and it's called "Prince/Princess" about some prince-type-character who's going after some princess-type-chick.

Alright, I'm half done with my parody, the primary vocals are done, that took another 15 tries today and FINALLY got it complete, but the secondary vocals await, at 86 tries, and only 10 away from my record (the record being held by my SOTY 2006-Crazy for Chips with 96 takes) it's looking likely this one will be my new record for most takes on a given song performance. . .I hope you guys like it. . .normally the effort is between 20-40 takes, but this one is hard. . .I may have it ready by Thursday Here's Hopping

Well, perhaps I've watched a particular movie too many times, but so far it seems like quite a winner. . .
I'm sure you've all heard of Madonna, furthermore I'm sure you've all heard Like A Prayer. . .
My recording of. . .Like the Craft, the most work I've ever put into a recording.

Oh yeah, and the lyrics we actually vote on. . .which also was quite a bit of work
