I have the same problem for the parody I want to submit. Can we get a judgment on this? Look, I don't think people will intentionally ignore their duties of judging just because there is no way they can submit comments. I really would like for people to read this.

I would say you're allowed to submit parodies that don't allow comments. Obviously the other writers are not required to leave comments since it's not possible. As long as you still leave comments on all the other parodies, that works for me. You could ask Chucky to activate comments on those parodies, if you do so, please try to do so early enough so everyone can comment (not the night before the voting deadline).
