The eighth day explanation is only for a tie-breaker. Officially, voting ends on the last day of the month so, you have until the 31st to cast your initial votes. After that, the tie-breaker rules go into effect, if there is a tie.

This was hard, not as bad as last time, though. When I'm stuck I rate by FUNNIEST on down.

When Chucky or whoever administrates new submissions, they  don't read every single submission from the top down, so sometimes a naughty parody falls in. On the other hand Josh, there really isn't anything outright bad here...much double entendre and sophisticated words, rather than crude slang.

I was hoping that as the year progressed, that this would get easier.....yeah, right. :-(

My original list was down to seven... which (of course, I guess) included the two M-G parodies.  It's not that they're not (extremely) good, but to be honest I've pretty much ODd on the Major-General song recently: it's getting a bit like Supercaletc.  Of course, I'm partly to blame myself for this.

I'm more likely to get my SOTM stuff done by the deadlines than I am to make my mortgage payments on time. I communicate with many of you more than I do with some members of my own family. I even have DREAMS about Amiright. Some of you are IN those dreams, even though I have only vague notions of what any you look like.
