Thank you, JD, for running this contest...it's been nice to see a lot of different folks grabbing the reins for a spell or two to run the various contests.  I think a lot of us are able to occasionally pitch in and do that and that keeps the duty from being a large burden to one particular person.  The "ABC" contests are winding down towards the end since we are already submitting entries for "U",  but I may be able to do one of the last ones after I get back from my trip.

I'm having a birthday today and this is the icing on the cake.  After a lot of contest submissions I feel like the Red Sox this morning.  Thank you all for taking the time to read my submissions and treating me as a legitimate writer of satire.  This means more to me than anything.  Amiright is a tough crowd to please, much like the Apollo theatre.  I'm proud to rub elbows with so many smart and talented folks.  Thank you all.  And my special thanks to JD for running as many contests as he has.  You deserve a well earned break JD.  Also special congrats to Adagio, Steve and Jeff.
