It's a reference to Pharrell's hat.

Needs some work... But it's a good idea. Try not to use so many words from the real song in the parody

Speaking as a person who has only listened to parodies for over 45 years and never written one (yet), the title of the song has to catch your attention straight away and a made up word "Hatpy" did not do that for me. My thinking is that the title could be "Hat Free" and the song centres on PH walking around the streets, without wearing a hat, and the people not recognising him.

To make it even better, avoid the repetition in the "bring my crown" bridge and incorporate some other rhymes--although Weird Al gambled successfully on the repetition of "Got no shame" in his "Tacky" parody.
