Agrimorfee gave me this idea, since I was originally going to do the main song from this film: "Superstar".
Now I'm passing the IDEA ON TO YOU!!!!
Will you help me by turning this rock opera about the Savior Jesus Christ into the Frightener Vincent Price?
I think it would be really cool to have each song from this film about a film done by Vincent Price you know: "House on Haunted Hill", "The Raven", "The Fly", "Last Man On Earth", "Theater of Blood", "Comedy of Terrors", etc.
(This may turn out just to be a project that will end up going nowhere, like the other projects I have attempted in the past. But it's Vincent Price's 100th Birthday so I think he's worth it!)

I am happy that you decided to run with the idea. I want to contribute...I don't know just how yet. ???
This will be a HUGE challenge, with the crazy contrapuntal rhythms Webber does, some of the songs in the latter half are really reprises of previous songs, and some of the lyrics are not really conducive to parody writing ("The Trial" and "Crucifixion" being prime examples). I hope our regulars will step up to the plate. Maybe you can send a note to Chucky or Dave to make this a news item on the AIR frontpage.
Note that the "Overture" and "John 19:41" are instrumentals.
