Subject: Software for writing song parodies
Written By: OliverClozoff on 03/26/11 at 8:35 am
I'm toying around with the idea of developing an editor for writing song parodies. Something with built-in syllable counting/comparison to original lyrics, rhyming dictionary (already have this one coded up, same CMU dictionary that rhymezone.com uses), and so on.
Does anything like this already exist?
What kind of features should it have? How should it work? Ideas appreciated.
I would offer this up as freeware/shareware for all to use.

SPEDTM: The Song Parody Editor is now available as a beta release. It is free. You can download it from http://parodyfiles.com/?page_id=3288.
If you give it a try, please let me know what you think -- I can be reached at parodyfiles@gmail.com.
