Freedom of speech is my first issue here, we as a community have the right to our own opinions about anyone or entity, including Lindsay Lohan, but this goes one step further. . .
Lindsay is a very common name, and the company "E-Trade" used only Lindsay, and according to them it's mere coincidence that Lindsay also happens to use that name, I've never known Lindsay Lohan as merely Lindsay. E-Trade has a right, whether or not they were referring to Ms Lohan, to use the name Lindsay in their commercial. If not we put freedom of speech in Jeopardy. . .I hope E-Trade keeps the commercial in production, and that the judge doesn't go soft for Ms. Lohan. . . Hey Lindsay--this is about you, get a life and focus on your career. . .you already get millions of dollars you don't deserve, you don't need any more, and that is my opinion and I am entitled to it.

It looks like there's going to be another branch of Lindsay Lohan hate parodies sprouting up...
Lindsay has done some music before... If you can call that sh*t she does "music". I'll see if I can use one of her own songs against her.
