Happy Thanksgiving to you too Dave. I count my blessings and I feel for those who are not having a good day today because they may have an empty seat at the table. Whether it is the two recent losses within the amiright family or if it is the soldier that did not come back from the mid east. My prayers and thoughts go out to those who have to get through this day somehow. I remember my first holiday season after my loss. Fortunately I have excellent friends who invited my family to spend a few days during each holiday with them on our first empty chair holiday. My friends to this day do not fully understand how much they did for me and my family that year. No matter how bad we think we have it there is always someone else who seems to have it worse. We count our blessings this day and ignore our whininess. Today is an American Holiday but I invite all of our worldwide community to celebrate thankfulness with us. And for our Canadian friends, a belated Happy Thanksgiving. Canada's Thankgiving occurs on another one of our minor holidays, Columbus Day. Fall and winter come a bit earlier in the great white north. God Bless you all and thank the Almighty for the good things in your life, not just today but everyday.
