Subject: Use of the "Random" link for viewing parodies
Written By: Peregrin on 06/24/08 at 6:05 pm
Hi all
As some of you have noted (via your return comments) I have been amusing myself of late by randomly pressing the "Random" link that appears on each and every parody page.
For those who may be unaware, the link appears in the "Parody Sections" box on the right hand side, between 'New entries' and 'Recordings'.
I thoroughly recommend it - I have been turning up all sorts of lost treasures - and judging from some of the feedback in those same parodies from the original authors - they are appreciative of it as well. I see that in some cases, this has encouraged other readers to vote/comment as well.
To bastardise Sweet's "Blockbuster" just a tad:
"Just give it a go
You never know WHAT you will find"
;)

Sounds like a good idea. And kudos for the Sweet reference - gotta love 'em (even if they dress weird, but that's glam rock for you)!
