There's this new guy Nick Zeman who posted his second parody today, he posted his first on Runners World's Music Forum and on the fly by I told him to submit it here to, now he has done another, he's a serious runner and they are about that, not really funny in the sense we veterans are used to if you know what I mean, but he takes on long rap songs and for a noob he's far better than average at pacing. Now we all know what a beatch it is to take on rap songs so if you have five minutes to spare give him a listen/read and an encouragment comment.
