With the exception of song lyrics, I can now make changes to parodies without a major headache on my part. 

No more needing to delete a submission because of misspelled titles or author names.

And there was much rejoicing!!!  (Yay!)

So anything but the lyrics themselves can be changed easily now?  That's cool, I may have a couple minor ones (I posted emails in the intros of some of my older stuff, and didn't want to resubmit, but the email is no longer active so I just wanted to remove it)  Will pm you later, thanks Chucky--you rock!

pretty much.  I had asked in the past if people wanted the ability to submit corrections and new versions, etc. but people mostly didn't think it was necessary.  This however is a little different, since it helps with the minor stuff that always seems to get entered wrong.

In a word...COOL.

weird, I thought I'd get a big rush of corrections from people.  I guess this wasn't a pressing issue after all.  Oh well, it's there for when it's needed.

I know I've got a handful with the occasional typo... but can't remember which right now.

yes... I wondered if that was intentional or not, but didn't change it to be safe.

I think I've done that half a dozen times or so: forgotten to check the comments box.  Out of a few hundred, probably less than a percentage point :)

I could store it in a cookie, but knowing how some people wipe their cookies, or maybe forget the set it, etc.  I figured it would be best to leave it unselected all the time.

If I wrote a user account system for the site, it would probably be better since people would know if their logged in or not, and thus getting the default behaviors they expect.  For amIright I think it's a lot more hassle to set up personalized accounts than the time it would save people.
