Subject: Comments to your parodies that make your day.

Written By: Step-chan on 12/04/07 at 7:27 pm

Whether it gave your ego alittle boost(in a good way) or made you laugh.

You can post a link to parodies that have the comment.

On this parody:

"Best anime parodist ever". That made me feel good when I read that(Although I don't think I'm necessarily am the best).

What are some of your favorite positive comments?

Pretty much any comment by Kristof along the lines of 'Best of yours by far, you're really improving, etc. etc.'

Those kinda comments have appeared on No Good Bastards Inc., Underneath The Bed and I'm pretty sure some other ones.

Same goes for Red Ant, and whenever BAD comments on the possibility on recording it.

I think the best comment I ever recieved was from Agrimorfee who said, "I think this is the best parody you have ever done. No lie." on my "Calvin And Hobbes" parody. http://www.amiright.com/parody/90s/saltnpepa2.shtml

That totally made my year, and all comments that say "Best of the Day", or "One of your best" also make me really happy.

I'm about to check this one out, since I know alot about Calvin and Hobbes(I'm glad I'm not the only to do a C&H parody).

I looked at all my parodies. These aren't the only comments that meant something important to me and or made me smile.

Paul Robinson used to give quite an essay to each parody he commented on. :) That was always interesting, more than just a perfunctory "That was good".

With me, I will sometimes say something with more depth in a comment... It depends on what clicks in my mind.

I just love comments, in general...I love to be talked about.  ;)

Of course I love a comment that has some thought to it...that kind of proves that the reader actually read the parody...and aren't just commenting to comment.  This isn't to say that they have to be super long...Alvin Rhodes' comments are almost always short and sweet...but always seem sincere.

Jeff almost always comments with a pun of sorts...which always makes me smile, too!

It's the case this season regarding Tim Hall's comment.
