Subject: The Sims 2 for you video recording needs

Written By: Matthias on 06/27/07 at 10:32 pm

I've recently done a video for Below Average Dave's Britney Spears parody, "She Drives Me Crazy", and it was so much fun that I'm starting this bulliten for all of you.

-First things first.... This is my first The Sims 2 full length video, so don't judge me too harshly, I tried my best to make this a good video, just to get into the swing of things. I'm probably going to redo this video in the future once I get the hang of making music videos.
The video will be on Amiright tomorrow, but if you cannot wait (Like I could wait to tell people about it) here it is via Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aMhbv-nNMtQ
Take a look at my handywork.

-Second things second... Once you've watched the video and witnessed my "talents" for the art of The Sims 2, and you're pumped about seeing a song of your own as a music video you can post it below and I'll try my dammedest to make it into a video. The Sims 2 can only go so far though, but don't let that stop you for posting videos you want to see done on The Sims 2. (Although if it's not possible, I'll be sure to let you know with a detail reason as why I cannot do it).

Details about your video
I'll only be working on one song per week, harder/longer songs may take more time, so be lilent with me. The Sims isn't the greatest animation tool out there, but it's all I have as of right now (I'll be looking at other games to see if they have a recording feature).
A few topics will be extremely difficult to pull off, some topics may make a dull video, some topics may be impossible due to what The Sims lets me do, so please don't take it too personally if I cannot do a music video to your recording.

I have first pick when it comes to POTM (Sorry, but that's my fee). If you argue with me about the POTM and you have a very good reason as to why you should be able to participate in it, instead of me for that video, I'll let it slide, but you're going to have to come up with a pretty good reason.
Don't let that scare you away though. POTM is only one competition once the video is done, you're recording now has it's own full performance and I'll make sure that it is damn good.

Acccording to the official rules the entry for potm has to be by the writer of the song. Is that a good enough reason?

True enough
I'm still open to recordings though
