"Poor Testicle" sounds perfect to "You're Beautiful". I'd write it but about the only thing that makes me cringe more than that news article is the thought of doing that OS again.

Or possibly "My Cojones" to "My Sharona"... I'm sure there's an "Unforgettable" one there somewhere... (something like "Someone et a ball")
