Subject: The Obscure Parodies Thread

Written By: ChrisBodilyTM on 09/20/06 at 5:36 pm

I know, we've all had parodies that have in some way, shape, or form, gone unnoticed and have become obscured over time... most of which are added on "dead days" like Sundays. You could have written one of your greatest parodies, and nobody bothered to read it.

So, if you've got obscure stuff, feel free to add it here and give your send-ups a second chance.

I'll add a few of my own obscarodies (Look I made a new word!  8))

Enter Sandman
Parody of "(I Got That) Boom Boom" by Britney Spears

Enter Santa
Parody of "Enter Sandman" by Metallica

Friday the 13th
Parody of "Land of Confusion" by Genesis

Green Acres
Parody of "Purple Haze" by Jimi Hendrix

I Am A Coach Named Kreeton
Parody of "You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling" by the Righteous Brothers

My Ex-Wife Whitney
Parody of "My Prerogative" by Bobby Brown

my Name is Earl (Hickey)
Parody of "My Name Is" by Eminem

Sans-'Freebird' Skynyrd Concert
Parody of "Freebird" by Lynyrd Skynyrd

Simpsons Operation
Parody of "New Sensation" by INXS

I kinda wished more people would've listened to my recording of Wonka's Door (a parody of "Hardware Store" by Weird Al Yankovic.)
