47 is a Star Trek number? I've always thought it was 23, that prime number the writers used incessantly from "Star Trek: The Next Generation" all the way through "Enterprise".

In Phil Farrands' "Nit-pickers Guide", he remarks how often 47 comes up. The Borg attack at wolf 447, the original ship number, all kinds of examples I can't remember. I think it was an "in" joke, especially for TNG, but also for Voyager.
