Subject: SHOW & TELL #12--Get weird

Written By: agrimorfee on 09/06/05 at 7:56 am

I'm going gaga for Dada this week. Hello Dali! It's so nice to see your melting watches again. Be weird!

Look for a parody that is beautifully strange...saluting surrealism. This might be harder than usual, but regular participants should be expert miners of wonderful otherworldly parodies. Good luck. (Due date, 9/12).

NEWBIES: This is not a contest. This is just a fun way to surf amiright.com and discover new parodies. Find a parody as described above by the above date and post it's URL link. Search the message board with keywords 'show & tell'  for the past 11 threads--you can add to them at any time. The only rule: don't post one of your own parodies. :)

I think that many of Adagio's parodies are "surreal", quite a positive thing in my book. Here is one of many:

Sillie Willie wrote a parody on a very bizarre subject.

The "outsider" parody artistry of Tokusu Sendai Blessranger knows no bounds. I decided to peruse his works for this Show & Tell, and this time found something that gave me the creepy-crawlin' heebie-jeebies. I hope, for all of our sakes, that T.S.B. gets locked back in the rubber room after visiting hours daily.
