In Sweden/Swedish we have this old nursery rhyme that gives cute little names to all the five fingers on the human hand. I can hardly remember the tune but I can remember the names from when I was a kid.
Now my question is: Is there something like that in english? Beyond calling the smallest finger the Pinky. I would like to get my hands (no pun intendend, ehh... who am I kidding?) on those names. :-)

Hmmm...there's "This Little Piggy" for toes, but that really doesn't have names for them.

Middle Finger
Ring Finger
Pinkie...no, can't think of a song for it.

That was an incredibly fast answer and I´m familiar with "This little Piggy", though unfortunately it´s not any good for the idea I have.

I know another song that uses these names, but not this tune. But this one calls the little finger Baby and not Pinkie. As far as I can tell Pinkie seems to be the American name.

My father has always called the middle finger "the rigid digit." It never fails to make me laugh. ;D
