Well, I had to look it up and indeed it is...
I'd imagine that the Irish drips have sapped every last ounce of enjoyment out of Bette's original... :-\\
More or less in the same way when they tackled 'Seasons In The Sun', 'Mandy', 'Against All Odds', 'Uptown Girl', etc. etc.
