Lie detectors are notorious for their unreliability and they're really easy to fool to boot. This is bunk.

1. If you're from 2030, you look old enough to already be born in 2018. Do you have a real birth certificate? I know you wouldn't want to screw up the space time continuum, but if you at least exist by now, it seems like a concrete prerequisite that you were born this decade and not the 2000s.

Also the concrete evidence, instead of a freaking lie detector test would be finding his present-day equivalent and taking a DNA test to show its the exact same person, only aged.
I mean everyone over the age of 12 in the year 2030 would have already existed in 2018, it's no far future (anymore).

But of course the usual excuse in this case is that they came from a different dimension while they didn't exist in ours and other bullsheesh like that.

One could probably get around a test easy I suppose......
