Subject: Metropolitan Hotel - Asbury Park, NJ - Gone but not forgotten
Written By: bookmistress4ever on 03/29/08 at 2:26 am
Stumbled across this video on youtube just now. Someone made it about a beautiful old hotel in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Apparently it was a working hotel from the late 1800's to about 1985 and they recently tore it down. Just thought somebody might like to see the video, I found it interesting even though I'd never been there.

Thats a shame. I am sure Bruce Springsteen is upset.
When I was a kid, we drove through Asbury Park. I remember a giant carnival or amusement park there.
