I did a search for info on Netscape, on my newly acquired bicycle, and ran smack into this site. Well, an archived thread, which brought me here.

The bicycle and my screen name, are one in the same. A Huffy Aerowind. I owned one back when I was 15, about 1980-81. I had it all of a week before it was stolen from the school parking lot at HS. I recently found one again, which was a store demo put up for storage when they stopped building them. Lots of cool features like Shimano AX components, oval tubing, etc. It looks to be about 6 months old in actual wear. What a find! LOL!

Anyway, Just letting you know I am a bike nut.;D

Hey AW, This site does rock, I must agree! I am a newbie, but getting hook't fast!
I had a Pink Huffy with grey gears in college, yes, a pink bike in College. It was my favorite. It was stolen also, I feel your pain.

my first new bicycle was a Huffy, a ten speed, though I can't remember which model (it was red and black)... loved that bike... took me months to save up for it.
