Subject: IT problem

I am having trouble viewing a pst file in outlook. It is on a CD, and when I try to view it straight from there, it tells me I don't have permissions (it is read-only). If I copy the file to my local hard drive and try to view it from there it says it is not a personal folders file (although it looks like any other pst file I have).
Any ideas????

I may be way off beam here, but I think you may have to go into outlook first, and choose the the Import & Export option from the file menu, and follow the prompts from there to import the file from your CD....

It won't let me import straight from the CD (permissions) or from the hard drive (spastic)
