I have no idea what the previous poster's issue was, but damned if I can't place it. If it's any consolation, nobody on YouTube was able to figure it out either.

The shoe comment was about some spam posts that have now been removed. Unfortunately the responses to the spammer haven't been!

The bit around 50 secs is really familiar.
I also wondered if it might be Pinky and Perky rather than Chipmunks
edited to add: It sounds a bit like the Lone Ranger theme (William Tell overture) played very slowly

I heard that William Tell Overture too, Oh how I have forgotten about Pinky and Perky.
