Subject: Need help to find a song

I need help finding out the name of a song as well as the artist. I don't know any of the lyrics but I do remember parts of the video. It's a Euro-dance/dance-like song. It may have come out sometime around 2001 but definitely between 2000-2004. In the video it features an Asian girl on a swing with pink/purple boots and stars/glitters ( not really sure about the stars ;D ). And it takes place on the moon. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and help. :)
