I can't remember an alternative song from the mid-90's. It was a happy sounding tune that I could have sworn I remembered being the Stone Roses, but I have searched their collection completely and have not found the song. It has the lyric " I won't be back too soon" in it. If anyone could help me find this song that would be awesome.

I've also been trying to figure out who does this song. I remember hearing it a few times roughly around the mid 90's, but I can't for the life of me figure out the artist or title.
