I heard this song in a bowling alley and they said its a bootleg and they don't know the title or who sings it.  I'm trying to find out, but its proving difficult because its such a wierd song.  Its polka, and all I know is the chourus(and I have no idea about the spelling.).

Released in the Uk in February 1981 Joe Dolce Music Theatre's  Shaddup You Face reached number one, making the classic Ultravox's Vienna stuck at number two.

The actor Andrew Sachs who is famous for Manuel in Fawlty Towers, was all set to record or even had recorded this same song as Manuel, but the JD version came out first and halted the release of AS version.

Shaddap You Face was a #1 hit here in Canada as well as Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and Fiji.  It also went top 5 in seven other countries and top 40 for pretty much the rest of the world except America, where it only peaked at #53 on the Billboard Charts
