I heard this song on a tv show called "One Life to Live" at the end of an episode in 1999 or 2000. I've already posted to One Life to Live forums, and I thought I would have better luck here.

I have the song in MP3 format (I recorded it off of the TV when I heard it).

And I've typed out the lyrics.
