Subject: songs from the late eighties
Written By: CROMO on 07/15/03 at 08:25 p.m.
I know part of the lyrics for the following songs but don't know who sings them or what the name of the song is. I use to hear it on KROQ (LOS ANGELES) in the late eighties but never heard it again after. The first song goes something like this..." to meeeee, to meeeee, to meee, you are only a friend, someday" and the other goes "like china ohhhh," can anyone help?

In 1982, Phil Collins released a song called "Like China." I'm not sure about your other lyric, but it sounds familiar to me too. Hopefully, someone else (Bobo?) will figure it out.

Alas, no, it doesn't strike me as familiar.
