I'm posting this query for Fitzpat:
the song's name is "one love(makes me happy)" and no, it is not the bob marley song, it sounds very steven bishop-like and it is from about 1983-1986.
I remember this part, and it goes like this:
"that is what I'm looking for, one love, one mind (maybe one heart) makes me happy, oh so happy." (repeat 1 more time)

Sorry, I tried various searches on lyric engines and I couldn't find it :-/ Think there would be more lyrics to go by? I've never actually heard this song...
