Subject: Does anyone know the name of this song?
Written By: Sarah on 03/10/03 at 05:37 p.m.
I know almost all of the lyrics to this song, but not what it is called. I heard it on Garrison Keillor's "A Prairie Home Companion."
Who knows how long I've loved you
I may love you still
Still I'll wait a lonely lifetime
If you want me to I will
For if I ever saw you
I didn't catch your name
But it never really mattered
I will always feel the same
Love you forever and forever
Love you with all my heart
Love you whenever we're together
Love you when we're apart
And when at last i find you
your song will fill the air
and that's all i know. If you know the name of this song, i would appriciate you letting me know. I don't know if Garrison Keillor wrote it or if it's a classic that's been around for years. I just really enjoy it.

It's the Beatles (Lennon-McCartney), from the White Album - but yes, it is called "I Will".
