i heard this song at some odd hour of the night and thought it was kind of cool. it goes something like
happy hour
sun shower
808
gives you power
and an electric picture was mentioned somewhere...
it was sung by a woman and sounded like it was out of the eighties. also kind of sounded like something you'd hear at a dance party, there was a really strong baseline...any ideas??

You're thinking of "Happy Hour" by Felix Da Housecat, featuring Miss Kittin on vocals. It was not a hit here in the U.S. It's off his 2001 album, Kittenz and Thee Glitz. Fortunately, it's still in print today on CD as an import...
