Subject: Can someone please help me with this song?
Please Help!!!Hi this song has been in my head for so long and
no one seems to know what it is...
The chorus goes something like "I'll always be with you, you're here in my heart, but if you never come back again, never before dark" or something like that.
There a femal vocalist who sounds kinda husky but really nice and if I'm not mistaken I think it's 80s rock? It's a slow song.
Please Help!!!

I'll always be with you
You're here in my heart
But I won't be back again
because of your dog's loud bark
I drove to see you tonight
Stopped the car and put it in park
But I was afraid to get out in the dark
"Cause his bite is even worse than that bark
Maybe one day I'll be back
Perhaps just on a lark
But you gotta lose that pooch
With his loud and nasty bark.

Your "mystery song" is "I Will Be With You" by T'Pau. It was not a hit here in the U.S. It was off their 1987 album, Bridge of Spies. Fortunately, the album is still in print today on CD here in the U.S...
