I am trying to help an elderly lady out with a project she is organizing. She has the lyrics to this old farm song, and needs to know the rest....and hopefully a title. I would appreciate any help.
Well John, the city fellows think
We're hayseeds, hicks and such
We say by nech, by gosh, and wah
And don't know very much
We wear goatees and have long hair
And wear distressed clothes
To rough the field and milk the cows
Is all the farmer knows
But the farmer knows his onions
And his oats and wheat and corn
So you'll pardon us for tooting
Just a little on our horn
