Like Shane, (see below)  I have this song in my mind, and while he was searching 2 years ago on these archives, I can't find the singer of this song (or Shane - if you are out there - can you email me the answer?  I am going crazy with this in my head too!)

I have had this song sutck in my head for FAR TOO LONG!

The song is called 'It Doesn't Matter' (I know this because I can still find the old tape label from a mix I did!). I remember it being used in a commercial in the early 90s/late 80s I think for
a softdrink.

Here's some of the lyrics:

It's not DM. They have 2 songs --It Doesn't Matter and It Doesn't Matter Two-- but neither one is the one I'm looking for!

The style of music is a kinda of folksy-pop rock sound that we used to hear around 1989-90.

To date, I've downloaded close to a dozen different "It doesn't matter" songs off Napster but to no avail!

YAAAAGGHHH!
