Subject: a possible solution
Written By: loosekanen on 01/16/03 at 09:18 p.m.
Hey Guys. There has been a lot posted recently (well i guess ALWAYS) about how we really want more people to leave feedback on our stuff whether it's comments, votes, whatever. Here's what I propose. We use this thread to put down 1 song we want people to vote on, and then EVERYONE that posts on the thread will go vote for EVERY SONG on it for a week. So, this could get about 20 votes for a song you may feel is underappreciated or new.
This will only work if everyone participates to the fullest extent... so if you don't plan on voting, don't plan on posting.
best wishes

There is a problem with that, LK, in that I'm an old fogie who doesn't know most of this new, er, I think they call it "music" - I do try and vote for the songs when I know the originals, but anything based on a 2000s song (or even most of the '90s) I've got no hope.

I'm with you on that one Phil. I only read through a parody if I really know the original. Otherwise how can I judge if it meets the pacing?

At least I'm not the only one. I read about some of these songs that people mention and I am totally lost. I used to know all the popular music. Am I getting that old?
