That's a tricky one: in nearly one hundred parodies, I don't think I've hit five by any one source. I guess the main parody influences have to be:
The Beatles
Gilbert and Sullivan
AC/DC
Ozzy/Sabbath
Walt Disney's film scores
Jim Steinman (as sung by Meatloaf/Bonnie Tyler)
Joan Jett
Other musical influences:
Tom Lehrer
Jake Thackray
Iron Maiden
The Eagles
Motorhead
There's probably more, but it'll have to do

I have to put Weird Al Yankovic and Cledus T. Judd at the top. Of the serious bands/singers:
Genesis
Brooks-n-Dunn
AC/DC
Tracey Byrd
Queensryche
The Eagles
Eric B and Rakim
Tom Petty
Robert Plant/Led Zepplin
ZZ Top

Yeah, with their rock operetta "Paranoid in Penzance" ;-)
IMO, WS Gilbert is one of the all-time great comic lyricists, but I don't spend a huge amount of time listening to G&S - Ozzy, Sabbath et al are much more commonly on the stereo.
I guess G&S isn't particularly favoured by amiright readers, too: my four G&S parodies have got a total of 21 votes between them.
