Subject: Chuck, I dont want you to look stupid here, but...
on the new page that you made this week, the hotline thing, you put in your blurb for it the song "Runaway" by Damn Yankees....um, I think you meant to write "Runaway" by Bon Jovi...I dont think Damn Yankees, on their one album had a song called runaway...(I may be wrong though, since I think everyone in the world only knows of one Damn Yankees song, "High Enough"...they were one hit wonders)...Im just pointing this out to you , since it is on the front page, and all the visitors read it....

sorry dude, but I don't even know the Bon Jovi song Runaway, because Ted Nugent would hunt Jon Bon Jovi for sport if given the chance.. (and they had way more than one hit, "Runaway," "Coming Of Age," "High Enough" and "Come Again" and produced a No. 3 Billboard pop hit "High Enough").

Well I seem to be proven wrong here, I didnt know of that song...but I dont understand how you never heard of Bon Jovi's "Runaway"...It was their first hit, off their first album entitle "Bon Jovi" (1985 I think?)..the chourus goes something like this:"Ooooooh shes a little runaway, daddys girl <something something> away today, ooooooh She's a little runaway" Something like that. But it appears that Damn Yankees did have a song named runaway, so I apoliguise.
Plus Nugent would never hunt Bon Jovi...Him and Nugent are actully good friends, and in all the interviews with Nugent that Ive seen, when hes asked about Jon Bon Jovi, hes only said good things....anyway, Ted Nugents awesome, he was one of the reasons that I learned to play guitar....Damn Yankees was a great supergroup....

here are the original lyrics to runaway-Bon Jovi (1985?)
On the street where you live girls talk about their social lives
They're made of lipstick, plastic and paint, a touch of sable in their eyes
All your life all you've asked when's your Daddy gonna talk to you
You were living in another world tryin' to get your message through.
No one heard a single word you said.
They should have seen it in your eyes
What was going around your heart.
Chorus:
Ooh, she's a little runaway.
Daddy's girl learned fast
All those things he couldn't say.
Ooh, she's a little runaway.
A different line every night guaranteed to blow your mind
See you out on the streets, call me for a wild time
So you sit home alone 'cause there's nothing left that you can do
There's only pictures hung in the shadows left there to look at you
You know she likes the lights at nights on the neon Broadway signs
She don't really mind, it's only love she hoped to find
Repeat chorus
No one heard a single word she said
They should have seen it in your eyes
What was going around your heart
Ooh, she's a little runaway
Daddy's girl learned fast
All those things he couldn't say
Ooh, she's a little runaway
Daddy's girl learned fast
Now she walks the night away
