There was a celebrity auction a year or two ago where one of the lots up for grabs was to be flown around by BD in a Cessna or similar - that one flew from Booker airfield, which is about five miles from where I live.
He's been a qualified pilot for as long as I've followed Maiden (which, believe me, is a f**k of a long time), and it doesn't surprise me one iota he's qualified for passenger jets, too. And I suppose that once you've qualified, you've got to keep your hand in or they take it away...
