I have a song on an old mix tape and I have no idea who it is that sings this song. It's a female vocalist and here are some of the words:
When I first saw him standing there
I wanted to speak but could not dare
something inside

And then he smiled and turned to me

That's when I knew

But I had to do some breaking through

It's the Pointer Sisters and the song is called "He's So Shy".
