Thanx 2 TX for the info. That song playing during Judge Reinhold's fantasy sequence in "Fast Times" *did* turn out 2 be "Moving in Stereo" by the Cars. You don't know how long I've wondered about that. The song came on the radio a few times when I was at work, and I would go up to people and say, "Do you remember the movie "Fast Times"? They'd say yes. I aked if they remembered the scene of Phoebe Cates emerging from the pool. They'd reply "Of course!!" I'd then ask if they remembered this song playing in the background, and they'd give me a blank look and say "No."
Apologies for stating that PC emerges topless from the pool. Of course she emerges from the pool in a two piece, one piece of which she removes while walking towards Judge Reinhold. Please don't crucify me, all you fellow 80's fans! LoL.
Anyway, my comment: I think that scene has to go down as one of the hottest, if not *the* hottest scene from movies made during the 80's. Agree, disagree? Any other ideas as to good steamy movie scenes from the 80's?

Can you blame anyone for not remembering the song playing in the background during that scene?
