Subject: A proper place for grown-ups?

Written By: philbo_baggins on 01/22/02 at 06:35 a.m.

I guess my parody to Disney's "Be Our Guest" fell foul of the "can you sing it to a 10-year-old" criterion for publishing on amiright.com  :-[

I know there's a slightly more <ahem> grown-up site that ChuckyG runs, but I can't find the address.  Can anybody help - and is it being updated by our (very busy) host?

TIA

Phil

it's whatfreaks.com.. I don't remember if I deleted that one or not, I haven't updated amiright in like 4 days.. I probably will do an update tonight.. I've been super busy at work..

Whatfreaks though hasn't been updated in ages, and I was debating wether I should try and keep it going or not.. If I bring the parody input form from this site to that one, it would certainly make it easier to keep up with, but I wonder if it's worth the effort to run a site like that..

You're right, it hasn't...8) and looking through some of the material there, the general quality of parodies is nothing like as high as at amiright.  Maybe I'll sit on my more "Valbyesque" stuff for the moment

quality? standard? at amiright? hmm.. must be a different site than the one I run  ;D

I'm sure if I applied myself to it, the whatfreaks site would be as good.. my fear of course is having to pay to host a higher traffic site with no means of supporting it
