Subject: Beatles and "Leisure"
Under misrhymed lyrics, the Beatles are taken to task for rhyming "leisure" with "pleasure". (In the Song "GIRL"). Whoever submitted this obviously didn't check with Webster's. The rhymes with "pleasure" pronunciation is perfectly acceptable, and is in fairly common use in some parts of England.
I insist that this entry be removed from the misrhymed lyrics section, as the rhyme is completely correct.

Yes, this point has come up before. I guess they just looked at the lyrics of the song and thought that they didn't rhyme with that pronunciation /lee-zhur/ and /le-zhur/ and /ple-zhur/ but not /plee-zhur/? I'm sure that has been taken into account, but as it can cause confusion, I doubt it will be removed.

Chucky's a very busy man...he has no time, he's barely getting these parodies up, much less the misheard lyrics and his 4 other sites.
