1 thing I like is I can click 'stop' in the bar above and it stops those annoying animated pictures/banners that bog your browser down!!!

Its the stop button on the top of the browser Phil (In the menu bar (next to back/forward))
Pressing ESC also works.... It just stops them like it wasnt animated...

Well im using MyIE2 (IE Wrapper) but the engine THAT USES is IE6 so I guess im using IE6...
I just thought of something I didnt think of before: I went to internet options/advanced and UNCHECKED "PLAY ANIMATIONS IN WEB PAGES" which works quite nicely..

It doesnt work if you press STOP or ESC on chrome?? (The moving image above my reply here for example)
Doesnt Chrome work off IE settings also?? -- you may be able do what I did and goto IE INTERNET OPTIONS/ADVANCED and uncheck "Play animations in web pages"
