I hope it won't be really bad, because I want to go to church! Anyway, I bought some much needed items mostly. I got to spend some time with my mom, it was nice. :) We had lunch together, and then went for some coffee. I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend!

James is home from his visit to China.  He got back late last night.  We've not really heard all that much about his activities out there.

I've been out most of today morris dancing in town and running a workshop for people to come and have a go.  It was to promote a pantomime at the local Town Hall theatre.

Well, there was no storm. It rained all day and that was it. I don't remember everything I got at the supermarket lol. I remember I bought orange juice...

Last year my team won the County Championship, but this year we are not doing that well.

Teams tend to go through "up" and "down" periods all the time. I think the L.A. Dud-gers have been on a down trend the past two weeks. Again, I was at the stadium and they could not win. I still had a good time being there, though (since going to a ballgame is something I don't get to do on a regular basis).

I already put another plant in the ground and think I'll put another in the ground and take a picture.  The indoor plants I am trying to seed are lanterns and they are host plants for the Dogface and Ca Dogface butterflies.  Never seen them but would love to some day.

I just traveled a short ways up the coast with my family.... to San Luis Obispo to get a certain variety of apples, and then buy some other goodies. (We go up to this place once every year.) It was a nice time out. :)

Spent the day with Lee today. We had cokes, and we went to Kmart(they are closing so there are many sales). Well lets see, It was a good time to do that bad joke so I did it.  I ended up bringing my juggling balls to music class and them was asked to prove that I can juggle.  I haven't heard anything from this job training place.  This is what mom wants me to do and don't really know if I care if I'm still on one thing or another and or put in a rest home.  This place needs to hire a new job training couch and it may end up never happing.  My plants are getting taller.

September has been a busy month for me so far.

My son came home from his trip to China - he had a great time. He's back at school and it's an exam year for him so he has been busy with school work already.

Elizabeth was on holiday in Romania and is now getting ready for university. She goes at the end of this month. Tonight was her final event at school - a prize giving for all the senior girls.

Dai and I celebrated our silver wedding anniversary last Tuesday. We went away to the Lake District for the weekend to celebrate.

I work in a school so I've been busy with all the new school year things. I'm responsible for all the course books we issue and Have also been helping a new Physics teacher find his feet.

I am just totally losing it these days from my phone and  the computer.  Both white word or white background I have double vision.

Today has been kind of a take-it-easy day for me, although we did go out for a meal this afternoon. Other than that I've been at home, taking care of things around the house and/or getting plenty of exercise.

And today I was feeling good enough to go to work, and it's a good thing I was, because today was the end of the fiscal year for the company I work for, so there were plenty of important things to get done. And I accomplished them all. O0

got a flu shotg and am saying to it you;re so vain.

I'm not gonna get a flu shot until I feel totally well again. And that may be a while yet. I know I can get one at any time, but I have to be completely well.

Think I'm done with the flu shot helping me by bulling on my left sewn muscle.

hang in there Ann, you get your new hearing on the 1st and to see an eye doctor that will hopefully know alittle about the brain on the 5th.

I put my hearing aid in my right ear yesterday and listened to my CD's

Thanks for asking, Howard  :)  We went on a cruise trip out of NYC that stopped at Canadian and Maine destinations.  We also had a brief tour of NYC on our departure day.  It was plenty fun!  Sadly, it's over...

How was the weather?

FINALLY heard from SIL today. She is fine and cousins are fine-but no electricity & no water. She is coming to Vermont on Oct. 9th-the soonest she can leave the island. Both Carlos & I are SOOOOOO relieved.
