when they brought back Degrassi Next Gen I was right there watching every ep!!!

And I will watch the next series, Degrassi Next Class on Netflix next year...

I will never outgrow Platinum Blonde.  I'm sorry but Mark Holmes has fallen prey to Peter Pan Syndrome.  He complained in one interview that Kenny MacLean, Chris Steffler, and Sergio Galli all grew up and he didn't and at the same time they were still friends.  ;D

Oh yeah.  Poor ticket sales caused the tour to be cancelled and that just about killed the drummer Sascha Tukatsch.  I can't imagine what cancelling the tour did to Sascha emotionally.  :P He said in an interview that the band The Blushing Brides saved him.  :)

I guess after Sony dropped them and  the name change nobody was interested in them.  Mark had to go after the label because Sony was in the midst of a payola scandal, pay for play scandal.  I don't know the specifics of the lawsuit but the Platinum Blonde name and image belongs to Mark.  I felt that they were trying to shed their "teen idol" image and it wasn't working.
