The question being about Gary Puckett's song, This Girl Is a Woman Now, is the woman in the song the
same Young Girl who had to get out of his mind? If so, is it the same Woman, Woman who had cheating
on her mind? Also, is it the same woman that there is just no getting Over You?
Puzzling, It seems Gary Puckett either had bad experiences with women or a really bad relationship with one woman.

"Young Girl" was a song written by Jerry Fuller.
"Woman, Woman" is a song written by Jim Glaser and Jimmy Payne.
"Over You" is a song written by Jerry Fuller
"This Girl Is a Woman Now" is a song written by Victor Millrose and Alan Bernstein.
To commence this topic, I have noticed the references to Gary Puckett's song before and wondered myself. As listed above the songs have various different composers, and for me so far, this is still a mystery woman to me.

I know it as a Neil Diamond song from his "Shilo" album (released about 1970, I think).

Just because I'm a fan of the show (yeah, I know ::) ;D) I happen to know that they did a "mash-up" of Young Girl and "Don't stand so close to me" on Glee a couple seasons back.

Fixed, for some reason you have to remove the s from the http for youtube videos.
