"Chinese New Year was the most exciting time of the year for us as children. This was the only time that we kids got everything brand new, from the head to our feet – for girls, hair clips to new shoes, of course new dresses, stockings, handbags,  and the boys would even get a tie!  I still remember how excited we were as kids, that we couldn’t get to sleep the night before"

Reminds me a lot how we celebrate Christmas.

I am a pig...and it actually describes me.  Especially the clumsy part. ;D
